ReplyDeleteHey I want to learn more about aloha, Im trying to install it at home to practice on. Any ideas?
DeleteI am having a problem with posting tips through our interface system, the main charge goes through and then when we go to add tips it says "Response not received from EDC/PMS program" What does this mean?
ReplyDeleteThank you !!!!
Putting this out there so someone in the future will find this answer. It means there is literally a missing, broken or loose physical connection somewhere between Aloha (POS) and the PMS system. Look for bad or loose wiring, couplers, gender changers, NIC cards, interface services to be stopped/restarted, and so on.
Deleteit is not working on 6.7
